WHAT ARE FRESH HOPS?
Fresh hops, also known as wet hops, are hops that go straight from the farm into the brewing process without being dried or processed.
For this year’s Fresh Hop Fest, we’re working with Crosby Hops in Oregon to get freshly harvested hops rushed from the field to Wild Barley and into our beer within 24–48 hours of being picked.
The result is something you just can’t recreate with traditional dried hops: incredibly fresh, vibrant hop character with unique flavors and aromas that only happen during harvest season.

Brewed with Centennial wet cones, Cryo Fresh Centennial, Citra & Krush.
FRESH GRINDS — West Coast IPA
Our Crooked Grind West Coast IPA and are switching up the hops. Brewing with with Amarillo wet cones, Cryo Fresh Centennial, Amarillo & Idaho 7.
FLIX BREWHOUSE × WILD BARLEY, Name TBA, — Black IPA
Our Fresh Hop Fest collaboration with Flix Brewhouse, brewed with dark roasted malts with Amarillo wet cones, Cryo Citra & Idaho 7.
HOUBLON AMERICANO — Belgian IPA
American hops and Belgian yeast is a great combo!! Brewed with Comet wet cones and Cryo Fresh Krush.
FRESH BINES — Sticky Pale Ale
Three years in a row brewing this beer and it keeps getting better. Brewed with Idaho 7 and Cryo Fresh Amarillo & Citra.
